This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for all orders placed through aywratc.com.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- The product must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments or intimate apparel
- Accessories (e.g., scarves, hats, beanies)
- Custom-made or personalized knitwear
If a non-returnable item is sent back, we reserve the right to deny a refund and return it to you at your expense.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please email support@aywratc.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (e.g., size, color, quality, etc.)
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For voluntary returns (e.g., size or style issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order for sizing or color issues (within the U.S.).
Once your return item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement item at no additional charge.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email that your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If your original payment method is no longer valid, we can issue a store credit instead.
Please note:
- Shipping fees and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
- If you used a discount code or promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted purchase price.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting every item before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your payment provider — sometimes it takes time for refunds to appear.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@aywratc.com.

9. Quality Guarantee
We stand by the craftsmanship and comfort of our knitwear.
If your garment shows a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose stitching, broken seams, irregular sizing) within 60 days of purchase, contact us — we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at no charge.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, shrinkage from improper washing, or damage from misuse.
10. International Orders
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If we expand to international shipping in the future, we will update this policy accordingly, including return and customs guidelines.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Please review it periodically for the latest information.
