1. Order Processing
All orders placed on aywratc.com are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, new collection launches, or major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your knitwear safely and efficiently.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your aywratc.com account.
If your tracking number doesn’t show updates after 3 business days, please contact us at support@aywratc.com.
5. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.
6. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If a knitwear item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
We’ll notify you by email when your item ships.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues) may cause delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
YWRATC LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If the issue persists, contact support@aywratc.com within 7 business days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to assist.
9. Wrong Address Policy
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@aywratc.com.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for undeliverable items.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices listed on aywratc.com are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout (based on your shipping state).
Since we currently only ship within the U.S., no international customs duties apply.
11. Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully inspect and package all knitwear before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or missing:
- Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and the damaged item.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
12. Holiday Season Shipping
During busy holiday seasons (November–December), please allow extra time for processing and delivery.
We recommend placing holiday orders by December 10 to ensure timely delivery.
